BurgerNom is not open yet. The only thing this site collects is an email address, and only if you type one in. This notice explains what happens to it.
Who we are
Crebo Ltd (company number 16512788), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, England, is the data controller for BurgerNom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZB994622.

What we collect
Your email address, which of our forms you used, and the date and time you signed up. That is the whole record.
No name, no IP address, no user agent. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
Counting visits
We use an analytics service to see how many people visit and which pages they land on. It is cookieless: it does not identify you, does not store your IP address, and does not follow you to other sites. It is not joined up with the waitlist.
Why we have it, and our legal basis
To email you once, when BurgerNom launches. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you join the list.
We will not sell your address, share it for anyone else's marketing, or use it to advertise to you elsewhere.
Who else handles it
Our hosting and database providers run the site and store the list on our behalf, under data processing agreements. When we launch, an email delivery provider will send that one email for us. None of them may use your address for their own purposes.
We are happy to tell you exactly who they are — just ask.
Where it is stored
On servers in the United Kingdom. We do not transfer it overseas.
How long we keep it
Until we launch and send that email, or 24 months from the day you signed up, whichever comes first. Then we delete it. If you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, we delete it straight away.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or ask for it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which is as simple as asking us to take you off the list.
Email hello@burgernom.com and we will action it. There is no charge and no form to fill in.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Changes to this notice
If we change how any of this works before launch, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
